I was over charge for my room they charge E an extra 400 and said yall did it worse birthday ever

Had a wonderful stay! The room layout is perfect and really maximizes the space. I absolutely loved all the thoughtful details.

Great spot to be, great location, amazing staff, and nice hotel. However our room had the ac broken and had a night sleeping with the heat pumping through making it 88 degrees all night. Absolutely dreadful. The system wouldn't even allow us to turn it off. In the morning we let them know and they fixed it promptly. But it was one of the most uncomfortable nights.

The atmosphere is stylish and intimate, making the whole stay feel much more personal. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. A huge thank. they were absolutely wonderful, incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a spot with character and top-tier service, this is it.

Beautiful property, excellent customer service, perfect location in the center of downtown. The only minor issue is that the elevator was slow, particularly when we have a large number of guests due to a wedding.
