The room was spotless. No odors. The breakfast was great. The gentleman I encountered at check in and when I needed some ice was very nice and pleasant. I would have given them 5 stars except the desk chair had paint all in the mesh and someone burned toast and the fire alarm went off for about an hr. (They may not have control over that) i would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful one bedroom rental. Great communication prior to check in with contactless, easy check in. I felt perfectly safe in the building. The apartment was roomy and spotless. Very clean, comfy bed, coffee maker and TV. Bathroom has a great showerhead. Kitchen is sparsely outfitted- not really equipped to cook but perfect for microwave reheating. There is a convenience store right next-door for anything you need. Will definitely stay here again. Great location.

The housekeeping staff was excellent. From the minute I made a phone call about my friend coming and asked for connecting rooms. The front desk staff was more than accommodating. My flight was canceled due to a snowstorm and they were more than accommodating, They took care of me with a blizzard rate. The only things that I thought was a little strange was that the lobby and the ground floor are not on the same level. Also, they do provide bottled water when requested the water that comes out of the sink it is very cloudy city water, but after it settles, it looks OK, but that made me feel uneasy. other than that it’s my go to Hotel next time I visit my hometown Philly.

What’s with the hotel not having a bathroom door that is on hinges, is made of wood and closes and locks This room had a wood panel that slid back and forth leaving large gaps on the side
